The First Message Ever Sent
The very first message transmitted over ARPANET, the precursor to the modern internet, was intended to be the word LOGIN. However, the system crashed after only the letters L and O were typed, making LO the first message ever sent between network computers. This humble beginning in 1969 laid the foundation for the massive global network we rely on today.
